Industry leader Jay Patel was raised on the Monterey peninsula and grew up with a passion for technology. He founded Pinnacle Technology Services in 2009, focusing on some of the biggest healthcare organizations in Monterey. He has been a leader in providing technology solutions that are practical, innovative and support the connected experience. Through organic growth and acquisition, Jay evolved his service offering and launched DeVeera in early 2018, and positioned the company as one of the leading technology solutions providers on the central coast. Jay also founded a retail offering, TechGuys, to provide specialized computer care for the home market. In his free time, Jay participates in martial arts, health and fitness activities and enjoys travel and time with his family.
Vik joined the DeVeera team after a 20+ year career in Revenue Cycle Management and Business Process Outsourcing, with a focus on Healthcare Operations. Born and raised in India, the foundation of his professional career came from his position with Nittany Decision Services who were at the forefront of Information Technology Enabled Services at Chennai’s Elnet Software City. He moved to the United States in 2001 and has held senior management positions with Los Palos Medical Group developing their revenue cycle management and operations and also helping the medical community with their RCM and Healthcare Informatics on the Monterey peninsula. He joined our team in 2017 and is the company Controller, managing our Finance and Accounting teams.
Mueller joined the DeVeera team after a 20 year career at Comcast & Comcast Business in the South Bay & Central Coast areas. Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Mueller has held positions specializing in New Development and Advanced Business Communications. Mueller has extensive experience developing business relationships and designing solutions that support the customer experience. He recently joined our team as our Senior Account Executive, focusing on clients in the greater Monterey peninsula.
Patrick joined the DeVeera team after a 20+ year career at some of the leading technology companies in Silicon Valley. Born and raised in Menlo Park, California, Patrick has held senior management positions at EA, NetApp, Inktomi, and AOL/Netscape while managing high-performing technical teams. Patrick has extensive experience developing solutions that support the customer experience and recently joined our team as Director of Operations after relocating to the beautiful Monterey peninsula.
